Many organizations complain about their bad leadership. Interesting enough, some of these leaders that practice bad leadership with a purpose. That is, these leaders who do so have a hidden agenda. But bad leadership is perhaps not as bad as it sounds, at least not from the perspective of the bad leaders. These kind of leaders gain and control the power instead of empowering the organization. Instead these leaders build silo pipelines through the organization so that every pipeline depends on the leader’s destructive need to control the power.
In other words, some bad leaders have a evil purpose with bad leadership.
